Breakfast will be in the Grand Hall instead of the Café on Sunday
August 24, Saturday August 30th & Sunday August 31st.
Monday August 25 – Thursday August 28 the Café will be closed and
breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the Grand Hall.
The Café will also be closed for lunch on Monday September 1st
and open for dinner from 5pm – 9pm.
The Feature Lobster Menu started in the Café last Friday and has been
going well with positive feedback from guests.
There is a staff appreciation event for Hospitality Services in the
Café on Thursday August 28th for roughly 30 people with live music &
beer tasting.
The students are moving in August 31st and September 1st.
George and Jackie will be greeting the families with coffee and water.
If you have any expenses, be sure to give to Teresa by Monday.
Christmas menus will be done by the end of the week.
WHMIS training for staff was yesterday and today.
Isabella is looking into new uniforms for the kitchen.
Del will be on vacation next week, see Isabella for anything in his
absence.
Neil will also be on vacation next week.
Andrea is hiring for banquets, kitchen is hiring for a cook and
dishwasher
There is a new “Fallcation” package for the Hotel and Café starting September
1st, $139 plus tax.
We are looking at quotes for painting the 3rd floor hallway
and upgrading three suites (exciting!)
