• Breakfast will be served in the Grand Hall on Friday August 29th. The Cafe will be closed for lunch and then open for dinner on Friday night and all meals on Saturday and Sunday.
• Monday September 1st is a holiday, so breakfast will be served in the Grand Hall from 8am-10am and then the Café will be closed for the remainder of the day.
• The repairs that are being done in the Café are taking longer than expected, so all meals will be served in the Grand Hall from Tuesday September 2nd-Thursday September 4th.
• Tuesday will be a busy day for us, as there are a few different events happening. We will be serving a lunch buffet in the Grand Hall along with the regular café menu.
• The students will be returning to the city on Sunday September 1st, and Jacki and George will be handing out free bottled water and coffee for students who are moving into Saugeen Hall.
• For those who are interested, Western is hosting a food festival at the McIntosh Gallery from Tuesday Sept. 2nd-Friday September 5th.
• Many departments are hiring right now.
• Chris has just been hired as a dishwasher and starts on Friday, stop by the kitchen and say hello!
• Spencer's last day with us was today, he will be moving to B.C. Best of luck Spencer!
• The hotel has been doing very well this month, they are currently at 1205 rooms sold compared to 1040 this time last year.
• The hotel is number 13 on trip advisor and the café is number 12
